Ten minutes by boat, and nine metres deep, an extraordinary installation is taking shape off the coast of Cancun in Mexico.
This is fascinating, but as a Doctor Who fan, I would never in a million years want to actually visit it. Photos are acceptable though.

This is so fucking beautiful!
Here’s the thing though….I would severely be concerned about this “statue” killing me when I looked away for a moment. I will never visit this sculpture, for all it’s beauty. I’m not taking any chances.
